About

Selling is a human job.
The admin never was.

Bylda exists because the most persuasive people in every company spend a day a week doing data entry, and everyone had quietly accepted that.

The observation

Sit with an account executive on a Friday afternoon and you will watch something strange. Someone hired for judgment, relationship, and nerve is transcribing their own week from memory into a database — badly, because it is six hours of work and they have forty minutes.

Every tool built to fix this made the same assumption: that a human would operate it. The CRM assumed someone would type. The sequencer assumed someone would enroll. The conversation intelligence platform assumed someone would go back and watch the call.

That assumption was reasonable for twenty years. It stopped being reasonable about two years ago, and almost nothing in the category has caught up.

What we decided to build

Not a better database. Not a better recorder. The missing layer between them — the one that has always been staffed by a person at the end of a long day.

Every salesperson gets a Phantom. Not another CRM. Not another dashboard.

Bylda listens to every customer conversation, understands what actually happened, writes it to the systems you already run, drafts what needs sending, and tells you what deserves your next hour. It runs whether or not anyone opens it. That last part is the whole design.

How we build

  • The interface is for checking work, not doing it. If a rep has to open Bylda for it to be useful, we have failed.
  • Every claim is traceable. Every field Bylda writes points back to a timestamp in a real conversation.
  • Your data is yours. Conversations never train shared models. That is contractual, not a policy page.
  • We say what it does not do. On demos, in the FAQ, and when the honest answer is that we are not the right fit.

Where we are

Bylda is used by revenue teams from twenty to several hundred reps, across software, healthcare, logistics, and financial services. The pattern is the same everywhere: the Friday CRM block disappears within a quarter, and nobody asks for it back.
